Recipe Ingredients for Russian Tea cakes

1/2 cup almond butter
1/8 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cups all purpose flour
3/8 cup Confectioners Sugar

Recipe Directions for Russian Tea cakes

  1. Oven 300.

  2. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. (2mins)

  3. Add the flour and mix until thoroughly combined.

  4. Measure generously rounded teaspoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. place the balls about 1 inch (2.5cm) apart on the cookie sheet.

  5. Bake until thye just begin to turn golden brown. (about 30 minutes)

  6. To check for doneness, remove from oven and cut one open. it theres still doughy bit return to baking.

  7. Roll the cookies in the confectioners sugar while they are still warm. Serve when cooled
