Recipe Ingredients for "Russian" salad

1/2 cup Peas, Green
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1/2 cup slices Carrots
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for "Russian" salad

Boil the vegetables, chopped them, mixed them and put them in the fridge. When it's all fresh, add tuna and an egg if you feel like. Olive oil can be substitued by mayonnaise.
