Chicken (or Turkey) Pilaf - Russian style

Recipe Ingredients for Russian Pilaf

2 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
7 oz Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular
2 tablespoons wild rice
1 cup, sliced Carrots
1/4 cup fresh Parsley
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 packet Crystallized Lemon

Recipe Directions for Russian Pilaf

  1. put all ingredients in rice steamer

  2. Let soak for 30 minute

  3. Turn on steamer and cook until done (about 40 minutes)
