Recipe Ingredients for Russian Pancakes

6 eggs
1 cup flour (heaping)
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Russian Pancakes

  1. Whirl the eggs in the blender. Add the flour and salt and whirl some more. Add the milk and whirl again. Whirl, whirl, whirl.

  2. Heat up a medium-sized skillet. Melt a dab of butter in it and swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet.

  3. Pour in some batter, maybe about 1/3 cup, depending on the size of your skillet, just enough to thinly coat the bottom of the pan.

  4. After cooking for a minute or two, the bottom of the pancake should be nicely browned and there will be lots of little bubbles in the batter,

  5. flip the pancake, and allow to brown on the other side.

  6. Put the pancake on a plate when it is done cooking. Repeat the whole process, stacking the pancakes as you go.
