Recipe Ingredients for rusks

1 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup wheat germ
1 tbsp oat bran
1 tbsp white whole wheat flour
3 tbsp molasses
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 t vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
2/3 cup walnuts
1/4 cup millet
1 tsp almond extract

Recipe Directions for rusks

  1. mix. bake at 375 for ... 45 mins?

  2. cool ~20 mins

  3. cut and dehyrdrate overnight
