Substituted ground turkey for ground beef

Recipe Ingredients for Runzas

1 package yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
7 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 large onion
4 cups cabbage
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon savory
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Recipe Directions for Runzas

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Brown meat and vegetables

  3. Wrap meat mixture in bread dough

  4. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
