Beef and cabbage and crescent rolls! Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Runza casserole

16 ounce of reduced fat crescent rolls
2 lbs beef, ground 95% lean, 5% fat
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion
7 slice, colby jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Runza casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 375.

  2. Open one of the cans of crescent rolls and roll it out into an 9x13. Put in the oven for 7 minutes.

  3. While that bakes, brown beef and add cabbage and onions.

  4. When the bottom rolls are done, add cheese slices to the pan. Put meat mixture on top. Roll other crescent rolls on top. Stick casserole in for 20 minutes.
