Great vegetarian chili! Comfort food and very filling! Quick to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Runnin' Chili

1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 servings boca crumbles
16 oz garbanzo beans

Recipe Directions for Runnin' Chili

  1. Saute onion in olive olive until translucent.

  3. Add cans of beans and tomatoes. Add spices if desired (I usually add 1Tbsp cumin, 1 Tbsp chili powder, 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon).

  5. Serve hot - add cheese if desired. Enjoy!
