Recipe Ingredients for RTE veggie soup

1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 carrots, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 cups (250g) water
1 cup Broccoli, Flower Clusters
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for RTE veggie soup

  1. chop all vegetables.

  2. Add one Knorr Vegetable Stock cube dissolved in 500mls of water

  3. bring to boil

  4. simmer for 10 mins or to taste.
