162 g Leeks, loose, chopped
1/2 Scallion (Green Garlic), Sliced
138 g Carrots, sliced
66 g Celery, sliced
1/2 lb Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Loaf
120 g Mushrooms, sliced
2 tbs Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
1 g Bay Leaves
1/2 c Barley
150 g Kale, chopped
10 c Chicken Broth
10 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for RST Vegetable Soup with Turkey Meatloaf

Lightly saute all vegetables in soup pot, add meatloaf chunked into small cubes, seasonings, chicken broth, and tomatoes. Add water if needed. Cook until vegetables are done and meatloaf is heated through.
