A change of pace from our regular turkeyburger.

Recipe Ingredients for RR turkeyburger

1 lb. ground turkey breast
2 tablespoons steak seasonings
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup ham, chopped
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 bacon, slices crisped
5 whole wheat hamburger buns

Recipe Directions for RR turkeyburger

  1. Mix turkey with seasonings and chopped ham and onion. Let flavors mellow a bit. Form into five very flat burgers. Cook in non-stick skillet with as much oil as necessary. Remove from skillet and add onions and green pepper. Cover and let vegetables sweat. Place on toasted ww buns or Arnolds sandwich thins with one slice of bacon (broken in two) and vegetables on each burger.

  2. You can add FF mayo and/or a slice of cheese, but that would raise your calories and fat numbers.
