Recipe Ingredients for RR Mustard Greens

3 bacon
3 cups Mustard Greens
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon Vinegar

Recipe Directions for RR Mustard Greens

Fry bacon and render the fat. Add greens to top of fry pan (stainless steel) and turn gradually untill all are wilted. Add vinegar, salt and sugar and cook for one minute. Add chicken broth and simmer for 12-20 minutes
