Recipe Ingredients for Roxie's Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cups 100% all bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp melted butter
1 grated apple
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Roxie's Bran Muffins

  1. place raisins in water and microwave one minute then drain.

  2. Gently beat egg. Add milk and bran. Let soak til liquid is absorbed. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
