No added salt - goes fine with canned tuna with the brine drained off. Great as Tuna fish pie or with rice etc.

1 1/2 oz. margarine
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 pt skim milk

Recipe Directions for Roux, low salt

  1. Melt margarine in saucepan

  2. Add flour & mix to a roux.

  3. Add milk slowly, on a low heat mixing to avoid lumps
