Oats with flax, nuts, bran and wheat germ

Recipe Ingredients for Roumi's oatmeal breakfast

1/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cups water
1 pinch salt
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp almonds
15 g oat bran
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 egg
1 Kiwifruit

Recipe Directions for Roumi's oatmeal breakfast

  1. Cook oats according to package directions. While hot mix all ingredients except egg. Pour in a bowl.

  2. In non-stick skillet cook egg over easy or medium.

  3. Place egg over the oatmeal.

  4. Peel and slice kiwifruit

  5. Enjoy
