Recipe Ingredients for Rotisserie chicken noodle - a little creamy

5 oz carrots, chopped
5 oz onions, chopped
5 oz celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
3 tablespoons white flour
1/2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 teaspoons marjoram
1 teaspoon pepper, ground
2 teaspoon salt
48 oz broth, chicken
1 1/4 cups dried fusilli pasta (actually 1.5 cups tj brand)
8 oz dark meat chicken, from a rotisserie chicken
1/2 cups whole milk

Recipe Directions for Rotisserie chicken noodle - a little creamy

  1. Cook up the carrots, onions and celery in the olive oil for about 6 minutes. 


  2. Add the flour and spices and cook for another couple of minutes. 


  3. Add the chicken broth 2 cups at a time, so that the broth thickens slowly


  4. Bring to a boil and add pasta. 


  5. Pasta should take 10 minutes to cook. 5 minutes into the pasta's cooking time add the cooked chicken and milk.
