Rotini pasta, vegetables in a mayo based dressing made zippy by using red wine vinegar and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Rotini Salad

16 ounces rotini, prepared
8 ounces cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 small green bell pepper, diced
15 ounce black olives, sliced
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for Rotini Salad

  1. Prepare rotini per package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients.

  3. Mix pasta and dressing, adjust seasonings. Chill well.
