Recipe Ingredients for Rotini Pasta Casserole

13 1/4 oz Rotini Multigrain Pasta
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
2 tbs Olive Oil
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
6 oz Hunts Tomato Paste
1 cup Chopped Onions
8 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Rotini Pasta Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook pasta according to package.

  3. Brown turkey and onion in olive oil.

  4. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and water and simmer 15 minutes.

  5. Drain pasta and put back in pan.

  6. Stir in meat sauce and 1 cup cheese.

  7. Spoon into 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam.

  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes uncovered.
