Recipe Ingredients for Rotini and Chicken with Veggies

56 grams Rotini Pasta
2 cups Baby Spinach
15 grams Shredded Parmesan Cheese
750 grams Baby Carrots
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz Chicken Breast

Recipe Directions for Rotini and Chicken with Veggies

  1. Boil Rotini Pasta and Drain

  2. Cook Chicken in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cut or shred

  3. Add chicken pieces to pasta

  4. Add spinach (rip into smaller pieces if wished)

  5. Slice baby carrots and add to pasta.

  6. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mix to add moisture
