6 ounces rotini pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
9 ounces chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Rotini with chicken, onions and tomatos

  1. cook rotini pasta following package instructions until fully cooked al dente. Drain.

  2. Brown chicken until thoroughly cooked on both sides and juices run clear.

  3. sautee chopped onions, tomatos and garlic for about 2 minutes, don't overcook.

  4. Chopp cooked chicken breast

  5. Add chicken breast and onion/tomato mix to the pasta and toss well.

  6. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables, such as zuchini or squash and bell peppers.
