Recipe Ingredients for Rotini with Chicken , Asparagus and Tomatoes

8 oz Healthy Harvest Rotini
0.27 g Original Cooking Spray
16 oz Chicken
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Asparagus
5 ea.+Raw ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese

Recipe Directions for Rotini with Chicken , Asparagus and Tomatoes

  1. Cook pasta omitting salt and fat.

  2. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.

  3. Sprinkle 1/4 strips of chicken with salt and paper.

  4. Add chicken and asparagus to pan; sauté 5 minutes.

  5. Add tomatoes and garlic to pan; saute 1 minute. Remove from heat.

  6. Stir in pasta, basil, vinegar and oil.

  7. arrange 2 cups of pasta mixture on each of 4 plates; top each serving with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
