Recipe Ingredients for Roti

1 1/4 cup Wheat flour, whole grain
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Roti

  1. Knead the wheat flour to make a soft dough.

  2. Divide the dough into 6 parts.

  3. Make each part into a ball and slightly flatten it.

  4. Use a rolling pin to roll each part into a circle like a tortilla (7" dia).

  5. Transfer to a warm pan and cook each side.
