Recipe Ingredients for roti

3 cup flour
1 tbls baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbls cooking oil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for roti

In a medium size bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt, make hole in center of flour mix add oil and 3/4 cup of water, mix, add more water as necessary to form a ball. Punch a few times till dough becomes together. Turn on counter and knead till dough is smooth, put into an oiled bowl and cover for half an hour. Cut small pieces and make small balls little larger than a golf ball. Heat fry pan (non stick is better) or flat top griddle. roll out balls to about 5-6 inches in diameter and cook on one side for 5 second turn and cook until both sides have brown blisters. ENJOY
