2 1/2 cups plain flour
2 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Roti bread

Combine the flour and water to make a dough. Roll into small balls, and then roll into a flat cirlce (10-15cm wide) with a rolling pin. Cook in a flat pan on low heat until each side is golden brown.
