Recipe Ingredients for Rotelle with Pork and Pepper Pasta Sauce

1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons Olive oil
16 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
26 ounce Spicy red pepper pasta sauce
1/4 teaspoon Thyme leaves
8 ounces Rotelle pasta, cooked according to directions and drained

Recipe Directions for Rotelle with Pork and Pepper Pasta Sauce

In large skillet, cook and stir bell peppers and onion in 2 tablespoons oil until tender-crisp; remove. In same skillet, over high heat, cook and stir pork and garlic until browned. Add pasta sauce and thyme; simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until pork is tender, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables. Toss hot cooked rotelle with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Serve with sauce. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
