2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
8 fl oz Vanilla
1 serving Baking Powder
2 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
2 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
0.25 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 scoop Whey Protein

Recipe Directions for Rosie's Oatmeal Bake

Mix all dry stuff in one bowl and wet stuff in another bowl. When well incorporated mix well together. Add cinnamon and vanilla as needed. Cook at 350 F for 15 minutes, let stand for 5 mins.
