2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 tsp Sodium-Free Salt
2 oz Thin Rice Noodles
1 cup, diced Celery
1 large Onions
5 cloves Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roshi's mushroom soup

brown the onions and garlic with butter, add the wine, mushroom and celery, cook together for a few minutes, add the chicken broth and skim milk, bring to a boil, add the noodles and let simmer till the noodles are done.
