2 Yellow Peppers
15 oz Garbanzo Beans
2 cucumbers
2 oz scallions
1 cup kalamata olives
6 oz feta cheese
12 oz fresh tomato
1/2 cup olive oil
4 oz red wine vinegar

  3. mix all together
