Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary's Bean and Cheese Dip

1 lb ground beef
8 ozs cream cheese (room temperature)
8 ozs salsa (prepared)
8 oz black beans
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Rosemary's Bean and Cheese Dip

  1. Put cream cheese in bottom of 9" ceramic serving bowl

  2. fry ground beef with diced onion

  3. mix meat with beans and salsa

  4. pour over cream cheese

  5. sprinkle cheddar over top

  6. put in oven for several minutes until cheese melts
