Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Wine Meatloaf

0.66 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1 large Egg, Whole
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
0.5 tsp Celery Salt
454 grams Lean Ground Beef
2 fl oz Wine, Table, Red
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Wine Meatloaf

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Add ground beef. Mix well. Press evenly in greased loaf pan. Cook, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 45 mins. Remove from oven. Drain.

  3. Combine wine and ketchup in 1 cup liquid measure. Spread evenly over meatloaf. Cook, uncovered, for about 20 mins until meatloaf is firm and no longer pink inside. remove from oven. Cover with foil. Let stand for 10 mins.
