Really moist and delicious burgers. If you want to lower the fat content, buy the lower fat ground turkey!

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Turkey Burgers with Brie and Cranberries

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
2 oz. brie cheese, cubed
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 egg white
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Turkey Burgers with Brie and Cranberries

  1. Preheat the broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

  2. Combine the all ingredients and blend together with your hands. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.

  3. Cook under the preheated broiler 6 minutes per side.

  4. Do not add salt to the turkey mixture as it will dry out the turkey during the cooking process.
