Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary and Tomato Chicken Thighs

400 grams Tomatoes
0.5 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
1 large Onions
1 tsp. Sun-Dried Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp Marmite
3 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
4 thigh, bone removed(68 g) Chicken, Thigh

Recipe Directions for Rosemary and Tomato Chicken Thighs

Brown the chicken thighs for around 5 minutes, remove from the pan and sit on the side. In the same pan soften the onions, then add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, capers, paste and marmite. Allow to stew, then add the chicken thighs and cook until reduced to the consistency you want.
