Recipe Ingredients for rosemary roasted yellow squash

2 lbs yellow squash
2 T olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for rosemary roasted yellow squash

Preheat oven to 400. Cut squash into pieces. Mix other ingredients in large bowl, add squash and stir to coat. Spread on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Stir, then bake 10 more minutes. OR, add for last 15-20 minutes when roasting red potatoes.
