Very easy and simple roasted baby red potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

6 red potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 fresh ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375. Wash and scrub potatoes. Quarter potatoes. Put olive oil, potatoes and rosemary in ziploc baggies. Shake to coat. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Place in baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
