Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Roasted Baby Red Potatoes & Peppers

12 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 tablespoon Rosemary
1 tsp Paprika
3 dash Pepper, Black
2 medium (4-1/2" long) Pepper, Banana
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Roasted Baby Red Potatoes & Peppers

Slice potatoes and peppers and toss with oil, spices, and minced rosemary. Spray a baking dish or nonstick baking sheet with oil and spread potato/pepper mixture on it. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through and beginning to brown.
