Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary potatoes

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
15 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 clove Garlic
2.5 grams Rosemary, Dried
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Rosemary potatoes

  1. Cut each potato in 4 pieces.

  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes

  3. In a large bowl, pour the olive oil and add the garlic and rosemary

  4. Cover the potatoes with the oil mix

  5. Put under the oven grill for 15 minutes

  6. Add salt and serve
