Recipe Ingredients for rosemary potato salad

4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons Vinegar red wine
2 tablespoons chives
3 tablespoons rosemary
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 pounds red potatoes
2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for rosemary potato salad

  1. half and boil potatoes

  2. while potatoes are boiling, add all ingredients to food processor and blend until creamy texture. add pepper to taste.

  3. drain and cool potatoes, add dressing, toss and chill.
