Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Pork and Pears

1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1/2 teaspoons rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Pepper, Black
1 cup,+cubes Yam
2 pear,+medium+approx+2-1/2+per+lb pears
1 medium sweet onion
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Pork and Pears

  1. Chop veggies, combine with oil and line 13x9 pan

  2. combine salt, pepper and rosemary and use as rub on pork

  3. Combine ingredients and cook at 450 uncovered for 25-30 min

  4. remove from oven and cover for 5 min
