Your choice of bone-in, or boneless pork chops marinated in a marinade of soy, brown sugar and rosemary

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Pork Chops

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp coriander
4 Chops, Bone-in [10176] chop,+excluding+refuse+yield+from+1+raw+c Pork
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Pork Chops

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and spices in a bowl. Pour 1/2 the marinade into a resealable bag. Add the pork chops, coat with marinade. Squeeze our excess air and seal the bag. Marinate at least 30 minutes

  2. Preheat oven or grill for medium heat. Lightly oil the pan you will use to roast, or the grill grate if grilling. Remove pork chops from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade

  3. Place pork chops on grill or in oven and cook until pork is no longer pink in center. If grilling, brush occasionally with the reserved marinade. Check for appropriate doneness with meat thermometer.
