Pizza dough made in a bread maker. Makes 2 12 inch pizzas. Add you favorite toppings. If your bread maker has an add ingredient signal part way through the dough cycle add the rosemary and parmesan cheese then. Otherwise add it with the yeat

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Pizza dough

1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Pizza dough

  1. Put water, sugar, salt, and olive oil in the bread maker. Then add flour. Then yeast. Start the dough cycle.

  2. When the add ingredient signal happens add the parmesan cheese and rosemary.(Other fresh herbs can be subsituted, or 1 tsp of dried herbs).

  3. When dough is ready, split in two parts, shape for two circular 12 inch pans or one 10 inch by 15 inch pan. Add your favorite sauce and toppings.
