delishous change with the lemon and chicken! counter would not let me say 6 chicken thighs so I used a pound. Can use fresh garlic too.

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Lemon Chicken-buy 6 thighs

16 oz Boneless, Skinless Thighs
3 tablespoons rosemary
1 fruit+2-3/8"+dia lemon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 cups Sauce, Pasta, Spaghetti/marinara, Ready-to-serve
3 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Lemon Chicken-buy 6 thighs

  1. pound the 6 chicken thighs to thin.

  2. cut or crush rosemary fine. (fresh or dried best)

  3. In bowl, zest lemon; juice rest of lemon.

  4. Mix nex t2 ingredients with the lemon; add rosemary.

  5. place 1/2 cup cornmeal in another bowl.

  6. Dredge chicken pieces in lemon bowl then in cornmeal, shaking cornmeal off as best you can.

  7. salt and pepper if desired; pasta is salty and lemon substitutes for salt too.

  8. Fry in canola oil short time; cooks quickly. drain.

  9. pour pasta sauce over chicken and warm a few minutes before serving to enhance sauce flavor.
