Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Lamb

1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 garlic cloves, crushed with a garlic press
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
30 ounces of lamb chops (about six to eight pieces), trimmed of fat

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Lamb

  1. In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, garlic, and olive oil.

  2. Rub the mixture evenly on both sides of the lamb chops.

  3. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat a broiler (or grill).

  5. Arrange the lamb chops on a broiler pan and place the pan 4 inches (10 cm) from the heat. Broil, turning once, until lightly browned on both sides, 6-7 minutes total.
