Rosemary garlic tomatoes and potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary garlic tomatoes and potatoes

2 lbs potatoes
6 ounces parmesan cheese
1 lb tomatoes
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoon rosemary

Recipe Directions for Rosemary garlic tomatoes and potatoes

Preheat oven to 450F. Chop garlic. Slice tomatoes and potatoes. Toss on tin foil lined baking sheet with oil and rosemary. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 20-30 min until tender.
