Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Garlic Simmered Pork Chops

1 lb pork, lean, centre chops
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
2 tsp dried rosemary
1/8 cup flour
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 onion
3 carrots
2 celery stalks

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Garlic Simmered Pork Chops

Rub seasonings on both sides of pork chops. Dredge lightly in flour. Brown on both sides in heated olive oil. Add vegetables and broth. Simmer on low for 45-60 minutes.
