Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary and garlic rubbed flank steak

20 oz. steak, flank
2 T fresh rosemary
1 t salt
3 T olive oil
1 black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Rosemary and garlic rubbed flank steak

  1. In a food processor, blend garlic, rosemary and olive oil

  2. Poke steak on both sides with a fork

  3. Rub with salt and pepper and then with the wet ingredients

  4. Allow to sit overnight, wipe off wet-rub and grill, hot, for 5 minutes on each side, or broil

  5. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing, then slice thinly, across the grain.
