Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Garlic Pork Roast

35 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Roasts)
1/2 cup Garlic
4 tablespoon Rosemary
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Garlic Pork Roast

  1. Trim roast of all outside fat and sinew. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Finely mince rosemary and garlic. Combine with salt and pepper.

  3. Cut 1/2 inch slits into roast and stuff each with about 1/4 tsp of rosemary mixture.

  4. Sprinkle roast with additonal salt and pepper; coat roast with remaining rosemary mixture.

  5. Cook roast for about 2 hours or until roast is completely cooked through and becoming tender.
