Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary-Garlic Pork Chops

24 ounces pork loin chops
3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Rosemary-Garlic Pork Chops

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium; add butter, rosemary, and garlic. Cook, turning pork occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes, or until instant-read thermometer inserted in each chop registers 155 degrees F. Remove skillet from the heat. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 minutes. Spoon pan drippings over pork chops.
