Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary chicken with wild rice

1 c wild rice
1 T olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 1/4 lb
2 carrots
1 T rosemary
6 T orange marmalade
1/4 c dijon mustard
1/8 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Rosemary chicken with wild rice

  1. cook wild rice according to package directions (about 1 hour). Before it is done, saute garlic in olive oil on med heat until browned (2 mins.)

  2. add chicken and carrots and saute about 3 mins.

  3. add rosemary and cook 3 mins more.

  4. stir in mustard and marmalade and heat through
