One pan chicken stir fry for lunches

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Chicken stir fry

1 chicken breast
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon garlic, minced
4 tablespoon rosemary
1 bell pepper, red
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups brown rice, short grain

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Chicken stir fry

  1. Saute onions and pepper in olive oil.

  2. Dice chicken small thin strips while frozen and add to saute mix. Saute until liquids gone and add wine. Carmelize. Add rosemary. Cook a bit longer. Serve over brown rice or without rice. freeze in 1 cup portions in tv dinner type box for lunches.
