Sauteed chicken with rosemary in raspberry vinegar sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Chicken

12 oz chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1 oz whole wheat flour
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp jam, raspberry
1/4 cup chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Chicken

  1. cube chicken breasts.

  2. toss with flour, pepper, rosemary and oregano

  3. saute in butter and oil until browned.

  4. add vinegar (to taste), jam, and chicken stock.

  5. simmer ten minutes.
